Creating a Profile

Registration

Joining the platform is easy with a simple registration process. Clicking the golden Sign-Up button at the top right of the screen opens the registration form. Users then need to provide the following details:

Email
Password
Country
Preferred Currency (including £)

After entering this information, players must check a box to accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy before completing the process by pressing the Sign-Up button. Once done, they are granted access to the platform’s features, which include games, bonuses, and account management tools.

Log In

Accessing an account is quick. Players only need to enter the following details to log in:

Email used during registration
Account Password

The log-in form appears after clicking the Log In button at the top right of the site. It includes a Forgot Password option, which allows users to reset their password if they have forgotten it or find it difficult to remember due to frequent changes.

Account Page

After creating an account, players will see their email displayed at the top right of the screen with a downward arrow next to it. Clicking the arrow opens a dropdown menu with options for Wallet, My Bets, Bonuses, Profile, and Sign Out. When users navigate to their profile page, the My Bets option is renamed to History, but the content remains the same. Each option in the dropdown menu leads to its respective section on the profile page.

Wallet

The Wallet section on the profile page allows players to manage their funds easily. It provides access to the balance, deposit options, and withdrawal methods. From here, players can view their current balance in their selected currency, choose a payment method to fund their account, and manage withdrawals using options like cards, cryptocurrencies, or bank transfers.

History

The History section provides a detailed record of transactions and bets. In the transactions tab, players can review their deposit and withdrawal history with filters for Accepted, With Credit, Declined, Declined with Credit, and Pending statuses. A date filter is also available for easier browsing.

Bonuses

Users can manage their bonuses, free spins, and archives through dedicated sections. The Bonuses section shows active bonuses and any waiting to be claimed, with an option to enter promo codes. The Free Spins section works similarly, displaying active free spins and a promo code bar, along with a queue for other bonuses. The Archive keeps track of past bonuses and free spins.

Profile

The profile section offers more detailed options for account management. Here, users can update personal details, manage verification, and adjust security settings. It also allows users to set gambling limits for responsible play and manage subscriptions. Additionally, this section provides easy access to tracking and updating all necessary verification documents.

In this section, players can add personal details not required during registration. This includes:

Players should note that changes to personal data can only be made by contacting the Technical Support team.

Subscriptions:

This section allows users to manage their subscriptions, such as opting in or out of the newsletter.

Verification:

To complete the verification, players need to submit:

A passport, driver’s licence, or other official identification.
A utility bill, phone bill, or bank statement showing their name and address.
A screenshot or photo of an online bank statement, Skrill page, or similar document showing the deposit.

Completing the verification process is essential for account security, deposits, and withdrawals. It ensures compliance with platform regulations.

This section enables users to change their account passwords.

Gambling Limits:
